By accessing or using the FIND IT Sales service ("Service") operated by FIND IT Sales ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
FIND IT Sales provides an AI-powered sales call analysis platform that evaluates sales conversations using the FIND IT framework. The Service includes transcript analysis, scoring, coaching feedback, team management, and related features.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by FIND IT Sales and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as transcripts), and you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The FIND IT framework, scoring methodology, and analysis outputs generated by the Service are proprietary. You may use analysis results for your internal business purposes but may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone product.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze transcripts and generate feedback. AI-generated analysis is provided for informational and coaching purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You should exercise your own judgment when acting on analysis results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIND IT SALES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
